Peel and cut a sweet potato into thin slices.

Place on a non-stick cookie sheet and daub each chip with

some sauce extracted from the basic recipe.

Cook on « broil » or at high temperature  until they get a golden colour.  To obtain crispier bites, flip each chip halfway through the process.
