Target reader. Any owner committed to give lots of time in order to “tilt” the odds in your favor while feeding your animal affected by food allergies .

Why horse meat?  Because of it’s affordability compared to rabbit, deer ar any other animal accepted in these type of diets.  It is also easier to find.  You can obtain it from specialized butcheries and even in the frozen meat section of certain supermarkets.

In thin slices like the ones used in fondues.  It is important to ensure that the meat was not handled with utensils used for other meat to prevent cross-contamination.
